Biography
Raquel received her bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, after which she graduated from California Western School of Law and was a student in the California Innocence Project clinic. Having worked with CIP since 2007, Raquel focuses on claims of innocence involving DNA evidence.
