Get Ready for Day One-Fall 2025
Orientation Week
Dates: Monday, August 18, 2025 through Saturday, August 23, 2025 (exact dates during that week TBD and subject to change)
Attendance at all orientation activities is mandatory and we cannot accommodate alternative date requests. You will receive further information about the detailed orientation schedule as we get closer to the start of the term.

First Day of Classes
Date: Monday, August 25, 2025 (subject to change)
You will receive further information regarding the first day of classes as we get closer to the start of the term. You will be able to access first-day class assignments approximately two weeks prior to the start of classes.
Official Transcript
In order to enroll, you must send an official transcript, documenting undergraduate degree completion and date received, directly to LSAC for processing. You will not be allowed to enroll without proof of degree completion. If you have not already submitted a transcript that meets these requirements, please do so as soon as possible. If you have already submitted a transcript to LSAC that meets the above requirements, you do not need to resubmit your transcript.
If you are still finishing classes to complete your undergraduate degree and will not receive your final transcript until after you enroll, you must send your final official transcript to LSAC as soon as it is available. If your final official transcript showing degree conferral is not on file with California Western in a timely manner, you will be administratively withdrawn from all classes.
CWSL Student Accounts, Class Schedules and Book Lists
You will receive your CWSL student account login in mid-August, which will enable you to check CWSL email and view your class schedule and book list. After you receive your class schedule, you will be able to purchase your books. Your first-year classes (including class days, times, and sections) will be pre-assigned to you, and we cannot accommodate individual preferences.
