Please note, admission decisions can take up to 4-6 weeks from the time an application
is complete and ready for review. This timeline is subject to change based on where we are in the admissions cycle.
For instance, it could take longer to receive an admission decision during high peak
times, such as, January and April.

We are thrilled you are interested in joining our vibrant community. The Admissions Office is dedicated to providing you with information about the many programs and resources available at California Western, and we will assist you throughout the application process.
California Western does accept transfer and visiting students. Before applying, you must have successfully completed one year (approximately 30 credits) of law school in a J.D. program at an ABA law school.
San Diego has strong ties to the military, with several Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard bases. We are honored to assist you and your family with your next mission of advancing your military career or transitioning into the civilian legal sector.
