Lauren Symington '04 Named Chief Talent Officer at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP

California Western School of Law congratulates alumna Lauren Symington '04 on her appointment as Chief Talent Officer at Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. According to Hinshaw, in this newly established executive leadership role Symington will "work closely with the firm’s leadership to develop nationwide strategies for talent recruitment across key geographic markets and practice areas, while also enhancing initiatives focused on lateral integration, professional and associate development, mentorship, and attorney engagement." Her appointment reflects her distinguished career in legal talent development and leadership, and California Western congratulates her on this exciting milestone.
