California Western Law Review and International Law Journal Host 2026 Spring Symposium

California Western Law Review and California Western International Law Journal hosted the annual Spring Symposium, “The Rule of Law: A Global Examination of Government & Institutional Power.” The program examined critical issues, including executive power, judicial independence, electoral integrity, and the emerging threats to individual rights, and explored how governments both uphold and challenge the rule of law in theory and practice.
