At the time of publication, the U.S. Department of Education has not finalized all Title IV federal student aid regulations and related guidance. Accordingly, information contained in this handbook regarding federal financial aid programs, eligibility requirements, policies, and procedures is subject to change. The institution reserves the right to update these provisions as additional federal regulations and guidance are issued.
 
The U.S. Department of Education is continuing to review and finalize certain Title IV regulations. As a result, some federal financial aid policies and requirements described in this handbook may be modified to reflect future regulatory changes or guidance. This information should be considered preliminary and is subject to revision without notice as additional guidance becomes available.
