Summer 2025 Term Information:

• Instructions for payment options will be included in the initial billing email, which include:
  • Financial Aid: Review your financial aid awards in the Financial Aid Portal and contact the Financial Aid Office if you have any questions.
  • ACH/EFT/Wire – Send payment electronically from your bank or a financial institution to CWSL using the information provided on the ACH/wire instructions form.
  • Mail to our secure lockbox at:
    • California Western School of Law, PO BOX 511371, Los Angeles, CA 90051-7926
  • Payment plan – eligible students must apply and pay first installment and fees by the tuition due date stated above. Please refer to section 1.2.2 of the Business Office Policies and Procedures manual for eligibility requirements.

Summer 2025 Excess Funds Distribution

• Friday, May 16, 2025 – Initial excess fund disbursements will be sent.
  • Checks will be mailed to your CWSL address on record; to change your mailing address, email JavaScript Required.
  • ACH direct deposit to your bank account for those who applied for ACH by Friday, May 16, 2025.

* To expedite receiving your excess funds disbursements, we encourage students to enroll in ACH direct deposit. 

NOTE: There may be a delay in issuing the overpayment if the student has not completed their required financial aid process by the deadline set by the Financial Aid Office.
